By dismissing the city’s emergency preparedness and communication, grand parade and a rally Stanley Cup champions will begin at the intersection of Wacker Drive and Washington Street. The parade will proceed east on Washington St. Michigan Ave., Before traveling to the north of Michigan Wacker-drive.
According to a release from the city’s Office of Emergency Management and Communication, the celebratory ticker-tape parade and rally for the Stanley Cup champions will start at the intersection of Wacker Drive and Washington Street. The parade will then proceed east on Washington St. to Michigan Ave., before heading north on Michigan to Wacker Drive.
This is a very busy weekend for fans of Chicago Crosstown Classic opens Friday at Wrigley Field. White Sox and Cubs will begin three-game series Friday from 1:20 pm local time start, so you can imagine, many fans are happy to parade before taking in some baseball.
